Trainers Care Products began business in 1974, when Dan Bailey, a certified athletic trainer, created our specialty product – the pre-lubed heel and lace pad.  As the Head Athletic Trainer at California State University, Long Beach, Dan fully understood the need for the athletic trainer to provide the best care for the athletes. He developed and tested products during his 36-year career. Dan’s son Joe has continued in his father’s footsteps, striving to provide quality products for the daily operation of sports medicine programs.

  • All TCP products are completely guaranteed against defects in material and manufacturing.  If at any time you are dissatisfied with the performance of your product, return it and you will receive a full refund or replacement.

  • TCP heel and lace pads ship in a 12" x 4" rectangle with perforations every three inches. This allows the user to use the pads as either a 3" x 4", or 4" x 6".  The lubed pads have 1 cc of petroleum jelly in the center of each 3" x 4".

  • TCP uses yellow petroleum jelly.  This lets you see it and know it’s there to avoid mess.

  • Pre-lubed heel and lace pads saves time and ultimately money.  Allows the Athletic trainer to focus on the athlete.

  • Superior product, 1/16 inch thick of non-porous Astrofoam.
